Not only do our Hotel Guests and Members have access to a fully equipped Gym and Class Studio, but also a Sauna, Spa, 19m Pool and Steam Rooms.
Cave Castle Health Club is open to Members with a choice of Full or Off-Peak Membership as well as Hotel Guests (complimentary during your stay).

The health club is one of the friendliest I have been to,from the reception staff to the gym. I have felt heath clubs I have joined in the past to be quite intimidating but at Cave Castle this is just not the case. The health club is a great addition - there is a well equipped gym upstairs and then a pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna on the ground floor. All the facilities and the changing rooms are immaculate.
